First Day of "School"

Jude started a Mother's Day out program this week.  He will be going Tuesdays and Fridays from 9-1.  I think it's going to be really good for him.  It will give him a chance for some socialization and hopefully get him talking more.  It was hard dropping him off for the first day for me, I don't like leaving him with people I don't know.  But he loved it and was so excited to go.  Here he is on his first day.

This is a nice little break for me as well.  I'm using the time away to paint and my goal is to open my etsy shop by the end of the month.  I'm making small paintings for nurseries and kids rooms and it's going to be called Van Goo Goo.  Here is my cute little banner.  I'll post a link for you guys to check it out once it's up and running.

We also have taken two different sessions of bluebonnet pictures.  They are in full gorgeous bloom here right now.  Here are a few pictures

  1. That first one with the bluebonnets is HILARIOUS! And hopefully he likes school! We had friends who started sending their son to daycare with our daughter a couple times a week and his language just took off! They love to copy each other at this age, so the peer pressure can be used for good!
