19 Weeks and Starting to Pop!

How adorable is that preggy belly? She is really looking pregnant these days!  

Still dealing with some nausea and throwing up, but it seems to be less and less frequent.  In 1 week we have our 20 week anatomy scan!  And then that next day we leave for France!  It's all so exciting!!

18 Weeks!

First off, here is my beautiful wife at 18 weeks

We are tired today because yesterday we went and saw Florence and the Machine! It was super fun and Noah's first concert!  Apparently he thought it was pretty crazy and went nuts a few times.  We also counted 11 pregnant ladies at the concert which were only the ones who walked past us!  Also, while we were in line the guy in front of us dropped a huge wad of cash which S spotted and returned to him so he gave us $20 for drinks as a thank you and then on the way out S found $40 on the ground!  The weather was so perfect, the concert was outside and it had rained so hard all day that we were worried but in the end it was a totally cool, rain free, breezy night.

"Thunder is scary because it comes with lightning.  And lightning can make you dead."

"We should get an otter or a panda because they don't pee.  They don't have peepees."

After hearing the shocking news that they do pee and that all animals pee

"No, really?  All of them?  Tell me which ones don't pee."

17 Weeks

I can't wait to feel this little guy kick!  In other news, S is still not feeling great.  Hopefully she will be soon.  And she officially is too uncomfortable to wear anything other than maternity work clothes.  Also, today is my birthday!  Yay!

16 Weeks

It's a baby the size of an avocado right in time for cinco de mayo!

First Trip to the Dentist

A week or two ago I took Jude to the dentist for the first time.  I know, I know, he should have gone a long time ago, not for the first time at 4.  But, it was a good experience!  He was so scared to go, poor thing.  Mostly because he didn't know what to expect and partly I think because he got shots last time he was at the doctor.  I'm happy to say he had no cavities and got a perfect check up, everything looking good!  He sat so still and was so well behaved, even through X-rays, a cleaning, and a fluoride treatment.  And in the end he got a cool tooth brush.

In pregnancy news, S is still feeling a bit bad with morning sickness, though it does seem to be getting a bit better.  She has burst of energy and feeling normal now and again.  And I don't think she has thrown up in several days now, yay!  She seems to be feeling the baby kick and move a lot and I can't wait till Jude and I can feel it too!
